Why does Jonny Wallis take developer money for her campaign?
Someone once said a good politician can tell you to go see the devil and you would actually look forward to the trip. On this count Jonny Wallis is a great politician. If you heard Jonny talk at the candidate face-off on Oct 6, 2004 she was very smooth and if you believe what she said, you might think she is working for the good of Goleta citizens. However, actions speak louder than words.

From the public record there is no doubt, Jonny wants to limit growth in Goleta. Regardless of how you feel about limiting growth in Goleta, don't you think it odd that Jonny is taking large chunks of money from developers, and at the same time spending $1,000,000 of city legal funds to fight the homeowner rights, and new development?
