Jonny Wallis says 'old town' parks are attractive nuisance
On Nov 11, 2004 Jonny Wallis says Goleta old town parks such as "Nectarine park" are attractive nuisances.

Jean Blois chimed in to point out that many of the families in old town don't have back yards and these "nuisances" are valuable to those famlies.

It's a wonder why Jean Blois would have to point this out to Wallis, as Wallis lives in old town.

Wallis' comment seems to clearly demonstrate her lack of understanding of normal family values.
