even said "I don't want to do anything illegal". However, actions speak louder than words.
If Jonny does not want to do anything illegal, why did Jonny vote for the dispersal element
in the Goleta general plan when warned of the questionable legality?

Why does she keep saying this? I'm reminded of children who have done something wrong
and continue to affirm their innocence hoping somehow to alter the facts.

Many Goleta residents voted for cityhood so Goleta residents could have more control, but ironically,
residents now have far less control that they did with the county. Now the fate of all Goleta residents
is controlled by basically the 3 council members Hauxhurst, Brock, and Wallis.
