Jonny Wallis appears to know questions before they are asked
In the Goleta City Council Candidate Forum on Oct 19, 2004 the audience submitted questions for the candidates. For the majority of questions, Ms. Wallis read her answers from prepared notes. According to a News Press article on Oct 21, 2004 Wallis denied knowing the answers before they were asked, however feelings of those who in attendance who were questioned on the point the feelings were unanimous that there was pre-meeting planning regarding submitted questions from Wallis supporters.
